1. General Information
Orders are processed and shipped by Chernim Cherno SAS from France.
We currently ship worldwide via trusted logistics partners such as FedEx or equivalent carriers depending on destination and service availability.
Shipping rates and delivery options are displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Shipping Zones and Delivery Times
France & European Union

Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Express delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
United Kingdom & Switzerland

3–6 business days (customs clearance may add 1–3 days)
Rest of the World

5–10 business days depending on destination and customs procedures.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the dispatch date, not the order date. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather conditions, or carrier workload.
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.
During peak periods (sales, holidays, new drops), processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, total weight, and chosen delivery option.
You will always see the final cost before confirming your order.
For orders within the European Union, prices include French VAT (TVA) where applicable.
For deliveries outside the EU, VAT is not charged at checkout (see Section 7).
6. Delivery and Responsibility
Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, you will receive tracking information.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery or upon collection by a carrier acting on your behalf.
If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment or note the damage on the carrier’s delivery slip and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
7. Customs, Taxes and Import Duties (Outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g., United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Asia, etc.),
your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes or local handling fees upon arrival in your country.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.
We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Please contact your local customs office for details before placing an order.
8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us due to delivery failure, we may charge the reshipping cost or issue a refund excluding original shipping fees.
9. Split Shipments
For logistical reasons, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
You will receive separate tracking numbers in such cases. This does not affect shipping costs charged at checkout.
10. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If you have not received your order within 15 business days (EU) or 25 business days (International) after dispatch, please contact us at info@chernimcherno.store with your order number.
We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
