Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal (“droit de rétractation”), as provided by EU and French consumer law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

in the same condition as received,

unworn or unused,

with all original tags and packaging,

accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, cover the return shipping cost or offer a replacement.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

custom or personalized products,

personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products),

hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Please contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code can be returned under the same conditions as full-price items, in accordance with EU and French consumer law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original one (if eligible).
Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/France)
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your items, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, simply notify us by email at info@chernimcherno.store within this period.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.
If you withdraw from your entire order, we will refund the full value of the returned product(s) including the cost of standard outbound delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery option (such as express), only the cost of standard delivery is refunded. If you withdraw from part of your order only, delivery charges are not refunded. Return shipping costs remain at your expense.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
